Cure for Email Overload: Slack with Google Integration
Many teachers receive dozens if not hundreds of emails each day that could be handled in a much more streamlined manner. By combining the collaboration tool of Slack with integrated Google Suite applications, teams can avoid unnecessary emails and meetings while increasing their productivity and lowering stress.

Grouping conversations by team and purpose allows for faster determination of which conversations are relevant at a given moment without the need to scan through dozens of emails looking for exactly the right one. Notification settings allow for teachers to stay abreast of their most important projects while quietly keeping up with peripheral conversations on an as-needed basis.

This session is for teachers and teams who use GSuite and want to find a more efficient way for their teams to collaborate than exclusively through email.

[This presentation will be updated for Google Hangouts Chat once it is released from closed beta/Early Adopter Program].
